This book, Principles of Stewardship and Wealth Creation deals with holistic approach to Christian ministry of stewardship and its implications for wealth creation. The critical issue that the book addresses is that stewardship involves all resources that the Good Lord through His love and benevolence has given to humans. Thus, the thematic areas of stewardship that are addressed in the book include time, environment, work, family and relationships, body and words, money, talents and gifts, the city,  culture and innovation.

Another issue addressed in the book that challenges the reader to affirm true stewardship is wealth creation. God is the source of human wealth for he gives strength/power to make wealth in addition to owning all resources. It explains the concept, principles and process of wealth creation. An important issue that the book stresses in relation to wealth creation is the motivation to break the cycle of poverty.
